Aodhan J. Smith, PA-C is a NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant who joined The Eye Institute in 2021. Aodhan is a Pinellas-native, who graduated from the University of South Florida, Tampa, with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology. He later earned his master’s degree from Barry University, St. Petersburg College.
Prior to attending Physician’s Assistant school, Aodhan worked at The Eye Institute of West Florida for 4 years. During this time, he gained a broad experience in the field of Ophthalmology. This experience generated his interest in providing quality patient care and the impact optimizing vision can have on patients.
In his free time, Aodhan enjoys spending as much time outside as possible, traveling, and exercising.
